摘要：市场经济条件下,诚信是维持1切经济活动正常进行的基础,电子商务也不例外。但由于电子商务的特殊性,使得电子商务活动中的诚信问题的规律、表现形式等与传统商务活动有所不同。
诚信体系作为1切商务活动的基本准则，在电子商务活动中担负着重要使命。由于各种现实原因，导致目前电子商中出现诚信危机的状况。探索解决电子商务中的诚信问题的根本方式，具有很现实的意义。
本文在归纳总结电子商务诚信问题现状的基础上，从多个角度分析了电子商务诚信问题的起因，采用提出问题—分析问题—解决问题的方法，针对当前电子商务中所面临的诚信问题进行分析研究，提出了解决电子商务中诚信缺失问题的思路和途径。

Analysis and Discussion Of E-commerce Integrity

Abstract: Under the Conditions of a market economy, Integrity is everything to maintain normal economic activities for the foundation, e-commerce is no exception. However, the uniqueness of e-commerce, e-commerce activities makes the issue of integrity of the law performance with the traditional forms of commercial activities vary.
Integrity System of all business activities in the basic criteria for the e-commerce activities shouldered the important mission. Because of various practical reasons, which led to the present E-commerce emerging credibility crisis situation. E-commerce explore solutions to the Honest and credit of e-commerce at the root of the problem which have a very real significance.
This paper is departure from e-commerce to sum up the lack credibility in the performance of e-commerce. It uses the way of raise questions-analysis of the problem-solve the problem, In view of the current e-commerce facing the issue of integrity analysis, innovative solutions to the e-commerce lack credibility in the thinking and approach.
