2018中西医结合护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用及效果分析

　　[摘要] 目的 分析中西医结合护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用及效果，旨在积极协助改善患者的病情效果及提高护理满意度。方法 选取2016年3月―2017年4月该院收治的68例老年糖尿病患者，随机分为常护组（n=34例）和结合组（n=34例）。基于相似的降糖治疗措施，常护组主要接受常规护理，结合组在常护组的基础上接受中西医结合护理。对比观察两组老年糖尿病患者的病情护理效果和护理满意度情况。结果 经可比性护理后，结合组患者的空腹血糖改善效果及护理满意度均明显优于常护组（P http://

　　Analysis of Application and Its Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Senile Diabetes Patients

　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application and its effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in senile diabetes patients in order to improve the disease effect and improve the nursing satisfactory degree. Methods 68 cases of senile patients admitted and treated in our hospital March 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each， both groups adopted the hypoglycemic therapy， the routine nursing group mainly received the routine nursing， while the combined group received the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， and the disease nursing effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing， the fasting blood glucose improvement effect and nursing satisfactory degree were obviously better than those in the routine nursing group（P统计学意义（P>0.05）。
　　1.2 方法
　　基于相似的降糖治疗措施，常护组主要接受常规护理；而结合组则在常护组的基础上采取中西医结合护理，具体包括：①血糖监测：定期监测空腹血糖值；②用药指导：基于血糖水平积极调整用药情况，嘱患者坚持长期用药，并精心观察控制效果及不良反应等情况；③饮食干预[2]：依据中医理论进行饮食结构调节，养成规律性，严禁食用多脂、高蛋白质等食物，并戒烟忌酒，且注意不宜过度兴奋等；④运动指导：选择合适的运动方式，保障适宜的运动时间及运动量，并注意做好防护工作，以防皮肤破损或感染等；⑤开展健康宣教以及积极采取各种合并症的预防护理等措施。
　　1.3 统计方法
　　使用SPSS 21.0统计学软件，计量资料（x±s）表示经t检验，计数资料[n（%）]表示经χ2检验，P医学整体理念而开展的，其秉持“以人为本”的护理原则，针对开展血糖监测、用药指导、心理支持、饮食干预、运动指导以及各种合并症的预防等多方面护理服务[4]，能够显著提升病情的改善效果，并提高护理满意度。
　　综上所述，中西医结合护理对老年糖尿病患者有显著的应用效果，值得在临床医疗中推广普及。
