2018探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 200例异位妊娠患者， 按照双盲法将患者分为观察组和对照组， 每组100例。对照组实施开腹手术， 观察组实施腹腔镜手术， 对比两组患者各项临床指标、治疗效果和并发症。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术后下床活动时间及切口疼痛程度均明显低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为97%， 对照组治疗总有效率为77%， 对比差异有统计学意义（P http://

　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 200 ectopic pregnancy patients were divided by double-blind method into observation group and control group， with 100 cases in each group. The control group received open surgery， and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery. Comparison were made on clinical indicators， treatment effect and complications between two groups. Results The observation group had obviously lower operation time， postoperative off-bed activity time and incision pain degree than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The observation group had total treatment effective rate as 97%， which was 77% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， 具有可比性。所有患者均经医院伦理委员会认证并签署知情同意书。
