　　Clinical Analysis of Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of benazepril and atorvastatin on the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods In this hospital， 120 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group， the patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and the observation group added benazepril on the basis of the control group. The blood lipid and blood pressure and the curative effect of the two groups were recorded. Results The blood lipid and blood pressure of the patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were higher than those of the control group（P统计学意义（P>0.05）。
　　1.2 方法
　　对照组高血压合并冠心病患者，阿托伐他汀钙片（国药准字号：H20051408）为主治疗：用药时间为：晚餐后，用药方式为：口服，用药剂量为：20.00 mg，用药频率为：1次/d。阿托伐他汀钙片（同上）+贝那普利（国药准字号：H20044840）联合治疗观察组使用阿托伐他汀钙片的方式同上，另外再联合使用贝那普利治疗10.00 mg/（次?d）。2组高血压合并冠心病患者均治疗8周。   　　1.3 观察、判定标准
　　1.3.1 观察指标 观察2组高血压合并冠心病患者的血脂指标情况：包括TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C；血压情况：收缩压、舒张压；记录2组的治疗情况。
　　1.3.2 判定标准 高血压合并冠心病患者治疗效果判定：①高血压合并冠心病患者血压控制效果明显，心绞痛发作次数减少，甚至不再发作为显效。②患者的舒张压下降10.00 mmHg以内，但总体血压控制良好，心绞痛次数减少50.00%～80.00%为有效。③达不到上述任何一项的标准为无效。单组高血压合并冠心病患者的总有效率=单组总概率（100.00%=60例高血压合并冠心病患者）和③概率的差值。
　　1.4 统计方法
　　使用SPSS 20.0统计学软件处理数据，计量资料用（x±s）表示，并用t检验，计数资料用[n（%）]表示，采用χ2检验，P参考文献]
