　　[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法 方便选取云南省曲靖市师宗县人民医院消化内科2017年2―4月收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者45例为观察组，采用内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗，选取同期收治的40例采用内镜下喷洒药物治疗的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者为对照组，比较2组的止血情况、临床症状的消失情况以及并发症。结果 观察组的止血总有效率高于对照组（97.78% VS 80.00%），再出血率低于对照组（6.67% VS 22.50%），差异有统计学意义（P http://

　　Therapeutic Effect of Endoscopic Titanium Clamp Hemostasis on Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic titanium clamp hemostasis in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 45 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in Department of Gastroenterology of this hospital from February to April of 2017 were selected as the observation group and were given endoscopic titanium clamp hemostasis. 40 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the same period treated by endoscopic spraying were selected as the control group. The hemostasis， the disappearance of clinical symptoms and complications were compared between the two groups.
