[Abstract] Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with acute pancreatitis and effect on quality of life of patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the reference group adopted the routine nursing service in the department of medicine， while the nursing group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention services， and the abdominal pains disappearance time， abdominal distension disappearance time， length of stay were recorded in detail and the quality of life of patients was evaluated.
