[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics o f patients with diffuse coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 454 patients with angiograp hicly confirmed coronary artery disease were retrospectively analyzed, based upo n the coronery disease characteristics of angiography. These patients were divid ed as group I (277 patients with diffuse coronery artery disease),group II (277 patients with nondiffuse coronery artery disease). The clinical documents, labor atory examination data and coronary angiographies results were compared between group I and group II patients. Results Compared to group II, the patients of g roup I had higher rates of diabetes (40.5% vs. 27.3%,P统计学处理:采用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学分析,计量资料采用(x-±s)表示,两组间比较应用两独立样本t检验 。由于甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、脂蛋白a(lipoprotein_a,Lpa)、肌酐(Creatin ine Cr)为非正态分布,行对数转换后进行上述检验;计数资料采用卡方检验。P<0 .05表示差异有统计学意义。
2 结果
两组在年龄、性别、高血压、高血脂、吸烟等方面无显著差异。但冠状动脉弥漫病变患者组 中2型糖尿病患者比例明显升高(40.53% vs 27.31%,P参考文献
