　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided by random number method into control group and observation group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode， and the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect in two groups was compared.
