【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the influence of the preservation time and temperature of blood samples on blood routine examination results.Method:A total of 120 cases from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the research object,three blood vessels were collected from each checker,and were placed in the preservation of 32 C water soluble box,25 DEG and 4 DEG C temperature box in the refrigerator,detected at different time respectively,with real-time detection value as control group,the results of blood routine examination were compared.Result:The RDW were significantly higher than that of the control group at 25 and 32 ℃ after 4 h placement,the differences were statistically significant(P 于室温条件下以EDTA-KA抗凝真空采血管采集外周静脉血,每位体检者3份,分别置于32 ℃水溶箱、25 ℃温箱与4 ℃冰箱中保存,分别于即刻、1、2、4、6、8、12、24 h后检测,以即刻检测结果作为对照组。
1.3 观察指标
对不同保存温度及时间下红细胞分布密度(RDW)、?t细胞压积(HCT)及血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)变化。
1.4 统计学处理
采用SPSS 22.0软件包处理分析,计量资料以(x±s)表示,采用t检验,P参考文献
