2018多层面螺旋CT三维重建在诊断良性和恶性脊柱骨折中的价值

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨多层面螺旋CT三维重建在诊断良性和恶性脊柱骨折中的价值。 方法 ?x取本院2014年10月～2016年10月诊治的良性脊柱骨折患者51例为对照组，恶性脊柱骨折患者51例为观察组，均行多层面螺旋CT三维重建，比较两组患者的图像差异和诊断价值。 结果 图像指标分析中，观察组患者ADCla、ADCli、ADCle、da、di、de低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 多层面螺旋CT三维重建可用于诊断良性和恶性脊柱骨折，具有高灵敏度、高特异度、高准确度，值得临床推广使用。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of benign and malignant spinal fractures. Methods A total of 51 patients with benign spinal fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the control group and 51 patients with malignant spinal fractures were selected as the observation group. The patients were treated with multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction. The image differences and diagnostic value between the two groups of patients were compared. Results In the analysis of image indexes， ADCla， ADCli， ADCle， da， di， de were lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction can be used to diagnose benign and malignant spinal fractures， which has high sensitivity， high specificity and high accuracy， and is worthy of promotion and clinical use.
