[摘要] 目的 探讨非酒精性脂肪肝病（NAFLD）患者血清中CK18-M65、脂联素水平的相关性。 方法 NAFLD组方便选取2013年2月―2014年6月在宁夏医科大学总院体检诊断为NAFLD的患者98例，另选取同期在该院进行体检的健康人群103名作为对照组，对受试者各项指标进行检测分析。 结果 NAFLD组与对照组相比，体质量指数、血压、腰臀比、血糖、血脂、胰岛素、血尿酸、CK18-M65及脂联素差异有统计学意义（26.91±2.15）kg/m2 vs （23.14±1.92）kg/m2，（125.31±6.84）mmHg vs （114.86±7.10）mmHg，（80.49±3.92）mmHg vs （75.28±4.18）mmHg，（0.92±0.18） vs （0.86±0.21），（5.89±0.61）mmol/L vs （5.44±0.53）mmol/L，（2.26±0.18）mmol/L vs （1.49±0.12）mmol/L，（5.35±0.24）mmol/L vs （5.08±0.31）mmol/L，（1.12±0.08）mmol/L vs （1.31±0.11）mmol/L，（3.12±0.14）mmol/L vs （2.79±0.21）mmol/L，（12.78±0.09）U/mL vs （3.45±0.10）U/mL，（361.54±3.15）μmol/L vs （312.51±2.91）μmol/L，（159.18±3.94）ng/L vs （108.54±4.08）ng/L，（1.60±0.08）μg/mL vs （2.23±0.09）μg/mL （P /6/view-10743244.htm

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to explore the correlation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease， CK18-M65 and adiponectin level. Methods Convenient selection 98 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in this hospital from February 2013 to June. 2014 were selected and divided into NAFLD group. 103 healthy voluntaries in this hospital were selected as control group. The biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared.
