[摘要] 目的 探讨针对性护理干预对老年白内障患者心理情绪和并发症的影响。 方法 方便选取该院2016年5月―2017年5月收治的老年白内障手术患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组加以针对性护理，采用低视力者生活质量量表（LVQOL）评定患者护理前后生活质量改善情况，用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分记录患者护理前后心理情绪改善状况，并记录患者术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理后的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P /6/view-10743198.htm

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the influence of targeted nursing intervention on the psychological mood and complications of senile cataract patients. Methods 80 cases of senile cataract surgery in this hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were conveniently divided into two groups， with 40 cases in each group， the control group was given routine nursing， the observation group was given targeted nursing， the quality of life of patients before and after nursing was evaluated by low vision quality of life scale （LVQOL）， anxiety self rating scale （SAS） and self rating depression scale （SDS） were used to record the improvement of mental and emotional status before and after the nursing， the postoperative complications of the patients were recorded.
