2018关节镜下关节清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果及影响因素

　　[摘要] 目的 观察关节镜下关节清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果，并对其影响因素进行分析。方法 回顾性分析该院2013年5月―2016年5月行关节镜下关节清理术治疗的80例膝骨性关节炎患者临床资料，总结该治疗方案的临床疗效并依据术后1年膝关节活动度随访结果将80例患者分为优良组（72例）及差组（8例），采用Logistic回归分析法对临床疗效的影响因素展开分析。结果 80例膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节活动度优良率90%；治疗前后计量指标相比较，差异有统计学意义（P /6/view-10743178.htm

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement for osteoarthritis of the knee and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis in this hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 underwent arthroscopic debridement for the treatment was carried out， the clinical curative effect was summarized and these patients were divided into the excellent group （72 cases） and the worse group（8 cases） according to follow-up results of the postoperative knee joint activity after one year’s operation， influencing factors of clinical curative effect was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.
