2018不同透析方式对维持性血液透析患者骨矿物质代谢紊乱的临床研究

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同透析方式对维持性血液透析患者骨矿物代谢紊乱的影响。方法 方便选取2016年1―12月该院收治的108例血液透析患者为研究对象，依透析方式不同分为实验1组（HD+HDF，27例）、??验2组（HD+HP，27例），实验3组（高通量，27例）、对照组（HD，27例）。对比观察4组透析后血钙（Ca）、血磷（P）、全段甲状旁腺素（iPTH）达标率。结果 实验1组Ca、P、iPTH达标率分别为51.85%、55.56%、51.85%，实验2组Ca、P、iPTH达标率分别为55.56%、51.85%、48.15%、实验3组Ca、P、iPTH达标率分别为48.15%、51.85%、55.56%，各项指标均优于对照组（P /6/view-10741928.htm

　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of different dialysis methods on the bone mineral metabolic disorder of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
