2018动态心电图在冠心病患者心律失常诊断中的应用

　　[摘要] 目的 分析动态心电图在冠心病患者心律失常诊断中的临床应用效果。方法 方便抽取2015年6月―2017年1月该院接收、检查的41例冠心病心律失常患者，对入选的41例患者施以常规心电图技术诊断（参照组）、动态心电图技术诊断（研究组），诊断后同时观察、对比2组临床诊断结果。结果 研究组36例（90.24%）诊断结果显示阳性，参照组26例（63.41%）显示阳性，组间比对差异有统计学意义（P /6/view-10741918.htm

　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 41 cases of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia patients received treatment from June 2015 to January 2017 in the hospital were conveniently selected and divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine ECG technique， the study group adopted dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis technology， and then the clinical diagnosis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Positive diagnostic results of the study group was 90.24%， the control group was 63.41%， there was difference between the two groups，the difference，was statisticaly significant（P
