[摘要] 目的 探究卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的效果。方法 方便选取2015年9月―2016年9月?院输血科310例进行交叉配血的患者,同时进行盐水法及卡式微柱凝胶试验,观察对比两种方法的血液正定型符合率及反定型符合率。结果 卡式微柱凝胶试验正定型符合率为100.00%,反定型符合率99.03%,均高于盐水法,差异有统计学意义(P /6/view-10741818.htm

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of card microsphere gel test in clinical transfusion. Methods 310 cases of patients with blood cross matching in the hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were convenient selected and all patients adopted the saline method and card microsphere gel test. The blood positive rate and reversing rate of the two methods were compared.
