20182型糖尿病患者血清骨钙素与糖代谢相关性研究

  [摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血清骨钙素(OC)与糖代谢的相关性。方法 抽取2016年3月―2017年3月至该院就诊的糖尿病患者120例,依照性别进行分组,分析两组的相关指标。结果 男性组的血清OC水平和HOMA-IR、HbAlc、FBG为负相关,与HOMA-β为正相关(P /6/view-10699131.htm

  Correlation between Serum Osteocalcin and Glucose Metabolism in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

  [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the correlation between serum osteocalcin (OC) and glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 patients with diabetes who admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to their gender. The related index of the two groups were compared. Results The serum OC level of the male group was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR, HbA1c, and FBG, which was positively correlated with HOMA-β (P统计学意义(P>0.05),可比性良好。
  1.2 方法
  ?z查前所有患者均连续禁食10~12 h,在次日清晨无应激状态下收集空腹静脉血液标本,对空腹血糖(FBG)、OC、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、25-(OH)-维生素D3(25-OH-VD3)、血钙、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆固醇(TC)进行检测。其中FBG采取葡萄糖氧化酶法进行检测,FINS与OC采取电化学发光法进行检测,25-OH-VD3采取串联质谱法进行检测,HbAlc采取高效液相色谱法进行检测,其余的采取全自动生化分析仪进行检测,并对两组患者的体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)进行检测。     1.3 评价指标
  对比两组2型糖尿病患者的相关检测指标,分析血清骨钙素与糖代谢的相关性。
  1.4 统计方法
  选择SPSS 19.0统计学软件记录两组2型糖尿病患者的相关资料,计数资料用百分比(%)表示,进行χ2检验,计量资料用均数±标准差(x±s)表示,进行t检验,P0.05)。分析绝经前女性组的血清OC水平与、HbA1c、HOMA-IR为负相关(r=-0.574、-0.435,P参考文献]
