of The Electric Desalting Tank in Oil Refinery
Abstract: The mechanic analysis and caculations are made for the electric desalinating tank in oil refinery. The limit size is obtained under the combination of pressure and blending stresses. The location and number of the saddles are adjusted to make sure the tank runs safely .

0前言
电脱盐罐是炼油企业常减压蒸馏装置的关键生产设备,其结构尺寸一般较常规的卧式设备大,如某炼油厂常减压车间电脱盐罐的规格为φ4000×30050mm,但其支座仍采用常规的双鞍座,跨距较大,从受力分析的角度来看不尽合理。文中对该电脱盐罐的结构进行了分析设计和计算,根据结构尺寸确定其合理的支座个数及布置位置,确保设备稳定运行,达到优化目的。
1 电脱盐罐结构设计
该电脱盐罐的操作条件:生产能力800万吨/年,操作压力:1.8Mpa,操作温度:130~137℃,罐体材料Q345R。
鞍座位置确定为外伸长度A=1000mm,参见图1。此结构经水压试验及强度校核均合格,并进行了有限元分析,结果见图2。计算应力与有限元分析结果得到了很好的吻合(计算结果参见表1中直径为φ4000mm时的应力值,其中最大值出现在筒体跨中截面底部的拉伸组合应力σ2,为108.63Mpa,以及支座截面处筒体顶部的拉伸组合应力σ3,为71.66Mpa)。
