　　【摘要】目的:分析直接性鼓膜裂伤与间接性鼓膜裂伤的临床特点，明确其共性与特性。方法:通过临床资料分析，其临床表现，从损伤的部位、形状、大小、鼓膜边缘出血、外耳道损伤及耳周伴随损伤等方面进行对比分析，直接性鼓膜裂伤与间接性鼓膜裂伤具有明显的不同。结论:直接性鼓膜裂伤与间接性鼓膜裂伤具有明显的差别，在临床的实际工作中尤以在司法医学鉴定教程从损伤的部位、形状、大小、鼓膜边缘出血、外耳道损伤及耳周伴随损伤等方面中要注意加以区分、鉴别。
