The flywheel effect is the continuation of oscillations in an oscillator circuit after the control stimulus has been removed. This is usually caused by interacting inductive and capacitive elements in the oscillator. Circuits undergoing such oscillations are said to be flywheeling.
The effects often apply to guiding team-building. A flywheel is used to store energy and, once fully energized and set in motion, can provide enough energy to power a system. The leaders that have a deep understanding of the flywheel effect and keep their team focused to maintain an unwavering push on it, will find it begin to accelerate almost on its own. |
