Five members of our school's Cuisine Cluband I taught them to cook traditional Beijing noodles, Sweet and Sour Fish, andMapo Tofu. I mainly worked as the instructor of traditional Beijing noodles. Ishowed the enthusiastic friends how to prepare fried meat sauce, homemadenoodles, and various vegetables. The delicious smell and attractive colours ofthe dishes gave them a big appetite. Having acquired some basic cooking skills,they became more interested in Chinese cooking arts.
We had a pleasant time communicating andsharing Chinese culture.
