毕业论文我国企业的CIS策略
摘要:CIS系统是现代企业走向整体化,形象化和系统管理的1种全新的概念。它凭借系统地设计给企业注入新鲜感,使企业更能引起外界注意,从而提高企业经营的业绩。
本文主要分析我国企业的CIS策略,首先,阐述CIS的概念,从CIS的构成要素、基本特征、作用等方面,全面解读CIS的含义。其次,探讨我国企业导入CIS面临的问题,就现阶段而言,我国企业导入CIS主要存在3大方面的问题,分别是企业形象不完善,实施CIS的准备不充分,导入CIS的时机不正确。最后,提出我国企业应该如何正确运用CIS解决这些问题,即正确运用CIS重塑企业形象;为我国企业实施CIS做观念、费用、社会几个方面的准备;以及分析最适合企业导入CIS的5个时机。
通过对我国企业的CIS策略的分析,使我国企业能正确的理解和运用CIS战略,创造出有中国特色的CIS模式,为中国企业走向世界提供有利的竞争武器。

The CIS strategy of corporation in our country
Abstract:The CIS system is a new conception that it can let the enterprise towards whole, visualization and systematical management. It purses new strength to the enterprise by systematical designing, so that people give more attention to the enterprise and rise the achievement of the enterprise
The CIS enterprise strategy is discussed mainly in our homeland in this paper. First, in this paper, expounding the conception of CIS and demonstrating all-sided the implication of CIS through CIS’s element, basic features, function and so on. Second, researching the problems that it exists in the process of importing CIS. Now there are three aspects about the problems that it exists in the process of importing CIS. We can know from corporate imaginations is imperfections, implementation of the CIS were not prepared for, the timing of introduction of CIS is incorrect. Last, from this page we can know how to solution this problems by CIS. It is that reshaping corporate imagination by using the CIS, than we can carry out the CIS for from concept, cost, and social and so on; and analyzing the best opportunity that importing the CIS through five steps.
We can create the CIS model with Chinese characteristics, so that the Chinese enterprises will be strongly go to the world by analyzing the CIS’s strategy.
