[摘要]目的 探?龈上洁治术联合奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年2月我院收治的88例单纯性牙龈炎患者作为研究对象，根据所用方法的差异将其分为对照组和联合治疗组，每组各44例。对照组患者采用龈上洁治术进行治疗，联合治疗组患者采用龈上洁治术联合奥敏清治疗。比较两组患者的牙龈炎控制总有效率、治疗前后牙周相关指数、治疗前后咀嚼效能与生活质量评分、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果 联合治疗组患者的牙龈炎控制总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组患者的牙周相关指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组患者的咀嚼效能、生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合治疗组患者的复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P http://

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the curative effect of supragingival scaling combined with Ominqing in the treatment of chronic simple gingivitis.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017，88 cases of simple gingivitis patients who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into the control group and the combined treatment group according to the method used，44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with supragingival scaling surgery.The combination therapy group was treated with supragingival scaling combined with Ominqing.The control total efficiency of gingivitis，the periodontal correlation indexs before and after treatment，the scores of chewing efficacy and the quality of life before and after treatment，the incidence of adverse reaction and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The control total efficiency of gingivitis in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment，the periodontal correlation indexs in the combined treatment group were lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment，the scores of chewing efficacy and quality of life in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P 综上所述，龈上洁治术联合奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效确切，可有效改善患者病情，消除牙周症状，促进咀嚼功能和患者生活质量的改善，效果肯定，值得临床应用与推广。
