2018复方消斑汤联合新八白散面膜治疗肾虚肝郁型黄褐斑的疗效探讨

　　[摘要] 目的 观察复方消斑汤联合新八白散面膜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效，探讨其作用机理。方法 方便选取该院在2014年6月―2015年12月治疗的80例符合标准的黄褐斑患者，随机分为两组，观察其疗效及不良反应。治疗组采用在常规治疗（口服维生素C、维生素E）基础上口服复方消斑汤联合八白散面膜治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上每日口服六味地黄丸，丹栀逍遥散，观察3个月后各组疗效，比较治疗结果。 结果 3??疗程结束后，治疗组总有效率97.5%，对照组总有效率75.0%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P http://

　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of fufang xiaoban decoction combined with new babai powder facial mask in treatment of kideny deficiency and liver stagnation-type chloasma and study the mechanism of effect. Methods 80 cases of chloasma patients meeting standards in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups， the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed， and both groups adopted the routine group， the treatment group took the fufang xiaoban decoction combined with new babai powder facial mask orally（oral administration of Vit C and VitE）， while the control group took the liu-wei tonic tablets and danzhi xiaoyao powder orally every day， and the curative effect was observed after three months， and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results At the end of three treatment courses， the total treatment effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 97.5% and 75.0%， and the difference in the curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P医学与美容界的难题[1]。中医药对该病的治疗有一定的优势。该研究在临床实践中治疗黄褐斑，从肝肾论治，2014年6月―2015年12月以复方消斑汤联合八白散面膜治疗肾虚肝郁型黄褐斑40例，取得明显疗效，现报道如下。
　　1 资料与方法
　　1.1 一般资料
　　病例来源于方便选取该院门诊诊治并确诊为黄褐斑的80例患者。均为女性，年龄28～57岁，病程5个月～12年。按就诊的先后顺序将患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例：年龄27～53岁，平均年龄（35.5±4.5）岁；病程0.5～10年，平均（4.2±2.3）年；对照组40例；年龄28～55岁，平均年龄（35.2±4.4）岁；病程0.3～9年，平均（4.2±2.4）岁，两组患者在年龄、病程、病情等一般资料比较方面，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
