2018CT对腹部闭合性损伤诊断价值的研究

　　[摘要] 目的 讨论CT对腹部闭合性损伤诊断价值的研究。方法 方便选取该院发生腹部闭合性损伤的患者66例，病例均选自2015年6月―2016年6月期间。分别使用CT检测以及超声检测，选取的患者均进行病理检测。观察两种检测的结果并进行比较。结果 经过CT检测，有60例患者检测出腹部闭合性损伤，检测的准确性为90.91%。经过超声检测，有54例患者检测出腹部闭合性损伤，检测的准确性为81.82%。CT检测的准确性大于超声检测，差异有统计学意义（P /6/view-10743202.htm

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the value of CT in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury. Methods 66 cases of abdominal closed injury from June 2015 to June 2016 in this hospital were conveniently selected and implemented CT detection and ultrasound detection， and the selected patients were pathological tested. The results of both tests were compared and observed. Results After CT examination， 60 patients were diagnosed with abdominal closed injury， the accuracy of the test was 90.91%. After ultrasound detection， 54 patients were diagnosed with abdominal closed injury， the accuracy of detection was 81.82%.
