[摘要] 目的 观察帕金森病患者同时伴发自主神经功能障碍与运动症状/非运动症状的相关性。方法 方便选择2015年1月―2016年6月就诊于该院神经内科90例帕金森症患者为研究对象,均评估患者自主神经功能,同时评测运动症状/非运动症状相关评分,对所有数据统计后与SCOPA-AUT评分评价其有无存在相关性。结果 该组患者SCOPA-AUT评分与患者发病年龄、病程、H-Y分期呈正相关性;在MoSA中,帕金森症轻度认知障碍者(PD-MCI)SCOPA-AUT评分(38.0±7.9)分、帕金森症痴呆者(PDD)(38.8±8.6)分,均明显高出未出现认知障碍患者(PD-NCI)(34.5±7.1)分(P /6/view-10703827.htm

[Abstract] Objective To observe the correlation between the patients with Parkinson's diseases with autonomic dysfunction and motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms. Methods 90 cases of patients with Parkinson's diseases in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were commodiously selected as the research objects and the autonomic function was evaluated, at the same time, the correlation scores of motor symptoms/non-motor symptoms were evaluated, and whether the correlation existed or not was evaluated by the SCOPA-AUT score after the statistics. 采用SPSS 21.0 统计学软件对数据进行分析,计量资料用平均数±标准差(x±s)表示,正态分布以t检验,反之非正态则进行秩和检验。计数资料用[n(%)]表示,采用χ2检验。对自主神经功能评分与其他诸项指标评分均行线性相关分析,其中 pearson correlation 为相关系数,r为相关性矩阵。P参考文献]
