【摘要】目的:探讨代谢综合征（MS）在综合性医院与社区间双向转诊防治措施。方法:对符合MS诊断标准的入选者845例，随机分为二组，对其进行为期2年的干预，观察二组人群代谢异常指标的变化情况。结果:双向转诊组患者血压、血糖、甘油三脂明显下降。体重指数、腰围逐步下降，与对照组比较有统计学意义，高密度脂蛋白前后比较也有一定程度升高，但与对照组比较无统计学意义。结论:双向转诊组患者代谢异常有明显改善，说明双向转诊的防治模式可做为MS管理的重要手段。

【Abstract】Objective:investigate the metabolic syndrome (MS) in a general hospital and community of two-way referral prevention measures. Methods:to meet the diagnostic criteria for MS was in 845 cases, divided into two groups randomly. For a period of 2 years of intervention, were observed in two groups of abnormal metabolism indexes.Results:the two-way referral patients blood pressure, blood glucose, glycerin three greases were decreased. Body mass index, waist circumference and gradually decreased, compared with the control group was statistically significant, high density lipoprotein and comparison also increase to some extent, but compared with the control group had no statistical significance. Conclusion:the two-way referral patients with metabolic abnormalities are improved obviously, description of two-way referral system control mode can be used as MS management the important means.
