To deal with a quarrel which breaks out between two classmates, we should do the following:
1.Try to calm them at first and then ask them to sit down together. Let them explain the reasons why they began quarrelling one by one.
2. Ask them not to say anything that can hurt each other.
3. Listen carefully to what each of them is saying. Never stop her/ him. Keep looking in the speaker's eyes and try to guess whether she/he is telling the truth.
4. Encourage each of them to find if there is something wrong she he did during the quarrel.
5. Try to find a sition that makes both classmates happy. If necessary, ask the classmate who was wrong to say sorry.
