Being able to manage money well allows people to accumulate savings. This gives people the security of having resources available to deal with unexpected expenses.
I have developed the habit of saving money regularly. I usually set aside some of my pocket money every month for future use. I also make a personal budget every month. This not only helps me keep track of where my money goes, but also allows me to make decisions to reduce spending in some areas. In this way, I can have extra money for something more important.
