2018基于WebGIS的城市规划地理信息系统
摘 要目前，我国正处于城市的急剧发展时期，城市功能的调整和城市建设迅速发展，城市地形地貌、用地、规划布局不断发生变化，新建、改建、扩建项目不断增加。如何全方面掌握城市综合面貌，及时对城市的各种空间信息进行检索分析，从而进行最优的城市规划，是政府面临的新挑战。然而，信息技术的发展，尤其是Internet、GIS、数据库等技术的发展，使得Web GIS技术成为解决这一问题的新手段。WebGIS系统以可视化的数字地图为背景，用文本、照片、图表等多媒体表现手段来综合展示城市特征，具备在线空间查询和分析功能。
本研究项目正是基于这样的背景提出来的，论文以某地区为例，探讨WebGIS技术在该地区地形信息、规划信息等多方面的应用，为用户提供空间数据浏览、查询等功能。研究以地图服务器和Web服务器的建立为前提，以该地区WebGIS数据库的建立为基础，重点探讨了利用ASP.net和MapXtreme为工具，实现调用空间数据及属性数据，完成系统查询检索功能，最终建成规划WebGIS——“小型城市规划地理信息系统”。并根据开发过程以及WebGIS的发展方向，对城市规划WebGIS的应用作前景分析。关键词：WebGIS ；数据库；地图Abstract
Recently, our country is in the period of rapid development of cities. The function of cities modifies and the construction of cities develops very fast. The landform, land use and the layout continuously change and the programs of newbuilding, alternation and extension of cities sharply increase. So it is a new challenge for the government to fully master the complex city features, to search and analyze all sorts of spacial information and to make the optimized city planning.
However, the development of information technology, especially Internet, GIS and database, make the WebGIS a new solution to these problems. WebGIS system, on the basis of visual digital map, fully displays the features of city through texts, pictures, charts and multimedia and so it is able to supply the online spacial search and analysis.
This program is just on such background. Selecting a certain district as an example, we discuss the application of WebGIS system in all sorts of information such as landform and programming and offers our users multiple service such as the browse and search of spacial data. In the precondition of map server and web server, on the basis of the construction of WebGIS database and through ASP.net and MapXtreme, our research mainly make study of achieving to use spacial and attribute data, completing the search function of system and finally establishing the programming WebGIS, Programming Geographic Information System. We will analyze the prospect of the application of campus WebGIS according to the development process and the development direction of WebGIS.Key words：WebGIS ；database；map

随着城市的急剧发展，城市地形地貌、用地、规划布局不断发生变化，新建、改建、扩建项目不断增加，建立起多方位的城市地理信息系统势在必行。WebGIS是一种以在线空间查询分析为基础，以可视化数字地图为背景，用文本、照片、图表等多媒体为表现手段，来展示城市、企业等区域综合面貌及规划管理内容的现代信息产品。是政府掌握城市信息从而进行最优城市规划的新手段。
