摘要:中国的信用体系建设正处在1个大发展的阶段,由于还没有完善的信用制度,电子商务在中国的发展受到了阻碍,为了解决这1瓶颈问题,从事电子商务的企业不能等待信用体系自身的完善,而应积极努力地摸索适应自身发展的信用管理制度,同时培养用户的信用意识,在为自身开创良好局面的同时促进信用体系的完善建设。利用电子商务方式, 企业可以构筑覆盖全球的商务营销体系,实现全球性经营战略, 为我国经济发展提供原动力。而制约电子商务发展的瓶颈之1便是信用的缺失。本文试图运用管理学知识,论述信用体系建设与电子商务的信用管理问题。文章通过分析我国在电子商务环境下信用不足的现状并剖析了产生的原因, 从而有针对性的提出了建立电子商务信用体系的设想。

On E-Commerce Credit Management of Enterprises in our country
Abstract: Electrical commerce has become a hot topic in the internet era. Because of not having perfect credit systems, our country’s E-Commerce has barged up against many difficulties. Electrical commercial corporations cant be waiting for a perfect credit system. They should build up credit system of themselves and bring up consumers consciousness of credit. With the development of E- commerce, enterprises can establish a global management system. Then it can achieve the global management strategy, provide the motive power that can develop economics, and restrict the defect of credit. The thesis mainly discusses construct of credit system and study of E-commerce, by using several management theories. This article analyzes the situation about the credit management of E- commerce in our country and the reason with lead to the situation, and then raises the tentative plan of building an E-commerce credit system.
