毕业论文中小企业电子商务网站的知识产权策略与保护摘要：当今社会，科学技术突飞猛进，知识经济已经来临。电子商务作为1种新型的贸易方式，极大地促进了全球经济贸易的发展，同时也正在改变人们的生活方式和思想观念。本文认为电子商务的发展为中小企业提供了千载难逢的好机会，应及时建立和发展中小企业的电子商务网站。在电子商务网站建设的深化过程中，网站的知识产权保护问题越来越受到各界关注。为此本文主要对中小型企业知识产权保护现状，以及商标、域名和版权的知识产权保护问题和保护策略进行了初步分析和实证研究。其中运用学过的相关知识就其知识产权保护的策略进行了比较详细的阐述，并为中小企业发展电子商务的知识产权保护提供了若干意见和方法。

Electronic Commerce thinking that development of Electronic Commerce is that medium-sized and small enterprises has provided a golden opportunity , should build and develop medium-sized and small enterprises in time covers the main body of a book as with a net standing. The protection of the intellectual property rights deepening process middle , website building in Electronic Commerce website problem is shown solicitude for by all walks of life. For this purpose the main body of a book main centring small enterprise protection of the intellectual property rights current situation, the first step analysis and demonstration having been in progress as well as the brand , domain name and the copyright protection of the intellectual property rights problem and protect tactics study. Whose protection of the intellectual property rights tactics has carried out the relevance knowledge applying among them have learned right away expounding comparatively detailedly, and the protection of the intellectual property rights being that medium-sized and small enterprises develops Electronic Commerce has provided some ideas and method.
