2018鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的护理配合
[摘要]目的：探讨鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的护理配合。方法：选择本院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的80例患者为研究对象，根据护理方式不同将其分为常规护理组和专科护理组，每组40例，对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生情况、满意度评分进行统计分析。结果：专科护理组患者的手术时间及术中出血量显著少于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义（P http://[关键词]鼻中隔偏曲矫正术；护理配合；并发症

Nursing Coordination in Correction of Nasoseptal Deviation

Abstract： Objective To discuss the nursing coordination in correction of nasoseptal deviation. Methods 80 cases of patients received correction of nasoseptal deviation in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected， they were divided into routine nursing group and specialized nursing group according to different nursing methods， 40 cases of each group. The operation time， intraoperative blood loss， postoperative complications and satisfaction scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The operation time and the amount of blood loss in the specialized nursing group were significantly less than those in the routine nursing group， the difference was statistically significant（P美学比例结构等可直接影响一个人的面部外观。鼻部畸形可严重影响患者的外貌美观和自信心，对其身心健康造成不良影响。本次研究对2016年1月至2017年4月本院收治的行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的80例患者的临床资料进行了统计分析，比较鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的常规护理和专科护理效果。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料：选择2016年1月至2017年4月本院收治的行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的80例患者为研究对象，根据护理方式不同将所有患者分为常规护理组和专科护理组，每组40例。专科护理组：男性22例，女性18例；年龄19～48岁，平均（32.6±5.1）岁；体重43～72kg，平均（57.1±9.3）kg。常规护理组：男性21例，女性19例；年龄20～48岁，平均（33.5±5.2）岁；体重44～72kg，平均（57.7±9.6）kg。两组患者一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。所有患者均有鼻中隔偏曲矫正术适应证，排除禁忌证者。
1.2 方法：常规护理组患者采用常规护理，专科护理组术前、术中均采用专科护理。
1.3 观察指标：记录两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量；观察两组患者的术后并发症发生情况，如恶心呕吐、体动反应、呼吸抑制等不良反应；对两组患者的术后满意度进行调查评定，非常舒服、比较舒服、非常不舒服分别评定为3分、2分、1分。 1.4 统计学分析：所有数据采用SPSS20.0软件统计分析，计量资料采用（x?±s）表示，t检验进行组间比较；计数资料用率（%）表示，χ2检验行组间比较。P参考文献]
