2018鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎例临床观察
【摘要】 目的 探讨鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法 50例分泌性中耳炎患者， 按照随机分组法将患者分为研究组和对照组， 每组25例。研究组患者采用鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗， 对照组患者仅采用鼓膜穿刺治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果 研究组总有效率（92.00%）优于对照组（68.00%）， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者均较治疗前听力水平明显提升， 且研究组患者听力提升状况明显优于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P http://【关键词】 鼓膜穿刺；鼓室注药；分泌性中耳炎；临床观察

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of secretory otitis media treated by tympanic membrane puncture combined with tympanum injection. Methods A total of 50 patients with secretory otitis media were divided by random grouping method into research group and control group， with 25 cases in each groupp. The research group was treated with tympanic membrane puncture combined with tympanum injection， and the control group was treated with tympanic membrane puncture only. The clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The research group had better total effective rate （92.00%） than the control group （68.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. After treatment， both groups had obviously better hearing level than before treatment， and the research group had obviously better listening condition improvement than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， 具有可比性。
