2018依托考昔和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的效果
[摘要] 目的 探?依托考昔和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。 方法 回顾性分析浙江省宁波市第六医院2016年1月～2017年6月收治的219例膝骨关节炎患者临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为对照组（99例，给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗）和观察组（120例，给予托考昔和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合运动疗法治疗）。比较两组治疗前后WOMAC评分、美国特种医院膝关节评分（HSS）、视觉模拟评分（VAS）、5次坐立试验测评表（FTSST）评分情况及临床总有效率。 结果 治疗前两组患者疼痛、僵硬、日常活动度评分、HSS评分、VAS评分、FTSST评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P > 0.05），治疗后两组患者疼痛、僵硬、日常活动度评分、VAS评分、FTSST评分均低于治疗前，HSS评分高于治疗前，且观察组上述指标变化更为显著，差异均有统计学意义（Phttp://[关键词] 依托考昔；盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊；运动疗法；膝骨关节炎

The efficacy of Etoricoxib and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with kinesitherapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the efficacy of Etoricoxib and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with kinesitherapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 219 clinical data of patients with knee osteoarthritis in Ningbo No.6 Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2016 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group （99 cases， treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules） and the observation group （120 cases， treated with Etoricoxib and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with kinesitherapy） by different treatment methods. The western Ontario and McMaster university osteoarthritis index （WOMAC）， hospital of special surgery （HSS）， visual analogue scale（VAS）， five repetition sit-to-stand test（FTSST） and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the pain， stiffness， the scores of daily activity level， HSS， VAS and FTSST in the two groups before treatment （P > 0.05）. After treatment， the pain， stiffness， scores of daily activity level， VAS and FTSST in the two groups were lower than those of before treatment and the score of HSS was higher than that of before treatment， the indicators above in the observation group changed more significantly， with statistically significant differences （P 治疗前两组患者HSS评分、VAS评分、FTSST评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分、FTSST评分均低于治疗前，HSS评分高于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P 参考文献]
