2018克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及安全性分析
[摘要]目的 探讨克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年11月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者162例作为研究对象，根据不同的治疗方法将其分为单药组和联药组，每组各81例。单药组患者给予克林霉素治疗，联药组患者给予克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，联药组患者的下腹疼痛、坠胀、白带量、白带性状、神疲乏力评分均低于单药组，差异有统计学意义（P http://[关键词]克林霉素；妇科千金片；慢性盆腔炎；疗效；安全性

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Clindamycin combined with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From May 2015 to November 2016，162 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects，and they were divided into single drug group and combined drug group according to different treatment methods，81 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with Clindamycin，the combined drug group was treated with Clindamycin combined with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets.The scores of clinical symptoms，clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compareed between the two groups.Results After treatment，the scores of lower abdominal pain，swelling，leucorrhea，leucorrhea and lassitude in the combined drug group were lower than those in the single drug group，the differences were statistically significant （P Rui D，Fuhrich D，Ross JDC.A review of antibiotic therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease.Int J Antimicrob Ag，2015， 46（3）：272-277.
