2018清热凉血安宫汤对血热型产后恶露不绝的临床效果分析
[摘要]目的 探讨清热凉血安宫汤治疗血热型产后恶露不绝的临床效果。方法 分析我院2014年2月～2016年3月收治的血?嵝筒?后恶露不绝患者60例的临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行分组，对照组（益母草和头孢治疗组）30例和观察组（清热凉血安宫汤治疗组）30例。观察两组患者的恶露结束时间、子宫三径、临床效果。结果 观察组患者的恶露结束时间为（4.8±0.8）d，短于对照组的（8.1±1.6）d，子宫三径为（167.8±50.8）cm3，小于对照组的（213.8±62.5）cm3（P http://[关键词]清热凉血安宫汤；血热型；产后恶露不绝；效果

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Liangxue Angong Decoction treating postpartum lochiorrhea of type blood-heat.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea treated in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 was analyzed and they were grouped according to the treatment measure：the control group （Yimucao and Cephalosporin treatment group，n=30） and detection group （Qingre Liangxue Angong Decoction treatment group，n=30）.The end time of lochia，the three diameter of uterus and clinical effect in patients of the two groups were observed.Results The end time of lochia [（4.8±0.8） d] in patients of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group [（8.1±1.6） d]，the three diameter of uterus [（167.8±50.8） cm3] was smaller than that of the control group [（213.8±62.5） cm3] （P医学伦理委员会批准下进行。两组患者的年龄等一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
1.2 方法
对照组给予常规的益母草和头孢治疗，益母草（广东环球制药有限公司，批号：H20130609）0.4 g/片，口服，4片/次，3次/d，头孢拉定胶囊（苏州第三制药厂有限责任公司，批号：H32021144）0.25 g/粒，口服2粒/次，3次/d，对于头孢过敏者给予口服0.5 g阿奇霉素（江西汇仁药业有限公司，批号：H20131215），1次/d。观察组采用清热凉血安宫汤治疗，方中生地黄12 g、牡丹皮12 g，赤芍15 g、仙鹤草15 g、枸杞子15 g、益母草15 g、侧柏叶炭15 g、地榆炭15 g、鱼腥草15 g、蒲公英15 g，阿胶20 g，温水煎服，1剂/d，早晚分2次服用，连续治疗5 d为1个疗程。
