2018连续性静脉―静脉血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床分析
【摘要】 目的:探究慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例,均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组和观察组患者治疗方法分别为常规血液透析治疗和连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗。结果:观察组钙磷代谢情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P http://【关键词】 连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过; 慢性肾功能衰竭; 临床效果

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application value of continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:80 patients with chronic renal failure were enrolled in this study.They were admitted to hospital in January 2014 and June 2016.They were divided into observation group (40 persons) and control group (40 persons) according to the randomized grouping criteria.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemodialysis,and patients in the observation group were treated with continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration.Result:The calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),具有可比性。 1.2 治疗方法
给予对照组常规血液透析治疗,进行血液透析时,使用碳酸氢盐透析液,透析液流量为500 ml/min,血流量为200~250 ml/min,透析次数为2~3次/周,每次持续透析4~4.5 h。观察组运用连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗,选择合适的血液透析仪和血滤器,对血液进行透析滤过时,一般选择碳酸氢盐透析液和置换液进行操作。血流量为120~150 ml/min,置换液流速为800~1200 ml/min,透析液流速为700~1000 ml/min,净超滤量的多少依据患者流量符合情况决定。患者持续治疗时间为8 h,并注意对患者病情变化情况进行观察。
1.3 观察指标
(1)比较两组钙磷代谢情况;(2)观察两组甲状旁素及肾素水平情况;(3)比较两组生存质量状况,包括身体健康状况、心理健康、社会关系、环境因素四项内容,每项由若干小项组成,每小项分值为1~5分,总分100分,分值越高,代表生存质量越好。
1.4 统计学处理
选择SPSS 16.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析,计量资料以(x±s)表示,采用t检验;计数资料以率(%)表示,采用字2检验,P参考文献
