2018胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌根治术的手术配合
【摘要】目的：探讨胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌根治术的手术护理配合经验。方法：通过对58例食管癌患者行胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌根治术。结果：54例手术均获成功，4例中转开胸，术后胃肠功能恢复时间3～4d,术后住院时间10～19d,术后无并发症发生，根治效果显著。结论：术前精心准备，术中密切配合，熟练掌握器械使用和维护，是保证手术顺利完成的关键。http://

【Abstract】Objective: to find the better way of combining the operation and the nursing to cure the cancer of the Esophagus.Methods: operating on 58 patients with Cancer of the Esophagus with a Thoracoscope and a Celioscope.Results: 54 cases are successful with 4 having to receive laparotomy halfway and there is no complication developed. 3 or 4 days after the operation, the patients’ Gastrointestinal function recovers and 10-19 days in hospital after the operation they patients can leave hospital.Conclusion: to guarantee the success of the operation, we must make sure of careful preoperative preparation, close cooperation during operation and proficiency in the use and maintenance of equipment.
