2018心理干预对改善前列腺癌去势患者抑郁心理的作用
【摘要】目的：探讨心理干预对改善前列腺癌去势患者抑郁心理的作用。方法：将64例前列腺癌去势患者随机分为两组，实验组在接受常规治疗护理的基础上于手术前1天、手术后1天对患者进行心理干预，对照组只接受常规护理。同时采用Zung抑郁状态自评量表（SDS）对患者手术前后进行心理评估，并观察两组患者生命体征。 结果 ：实验组患者手术前后抑郁均值均低于对照组患者, 两组间有显著差异( P0.05), 手术后第1天实验组患者各项生命体征数值均低于对照组, 两组间有显著差异(P http://【关键词】心理干预;前列腺癌;去势治疗;抑郁

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of mental intervention to improve the depression of the patients with carcinoma of prostate who suffering from an orchiectomy therapy. Methods: 64 patients with carcinoma of prostate who suffering from an orchiectomy therapy were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group were not only received the conventional therapy, but also received some mental intervention therapy. While the control group were performed the conventional therapy only.
